Its been a very satisfying week for kitesurfing on Nantucket. Four straight days of South West and West wind and really fun surf makes for a bunch of happy guys I would think.
The two best days were Tuesday and Wednesday when we got just the classic solid West wind and really punchy waist high surf. I personally sailed Madaquecham both of those days and it was really fun. Solid 9 both days and I probably could have been on my 7 if I wanted to rig down. The beach there is getting a little smaller but there is still enough space to get up and down even when riding alone.
It was dead west both days and that wind just sets up perfectly out front at Madequecham. I just hope it continues like this. Bring it!!
